1996 Dutchmen 31' travel trailer with 14' pullout in beautiful condition. Sleep 4 (can add 2) plust 2 in 8x10 addition. Has 24' deck and full awning. Central air, full size kitchen with 2 door fridge and freezer, double sink, microwave and oven. Queen size bed with storage underneath and futton in addition. No pilot lights to ignite, all automatic with electrical light switch for hot water tank and forced air furnace. Two 30lbs. tanks and batterie. Good size bathroom and shower. Just like home. Parked @ Happy Landing Campground off hwy 69, 45 minutes from Sudbury. Paid $17,154.00 in 2009 plus $3,000.00 for deck and addition. Will sell all for $17,000.00 o.b.o.
