The trailer is located on a lot at Victoria Lodge Park near St-Charles http://victorialodgepark.com/ . Incudes access to private marina to the beautifull waterways of West Arm Nippissing. Lot set up was built new summer of 2011. RV lot includes 30 amps hydro, sewer hook up and water. Lot fees paid up to the end of May 2012. This trailer and lot is in moving condition. Well maintained, only used for one season.
