I run a small business called Inner Soul Balance.
I work in New Sudbury out of my home. The goal is to help you with balance in your life in all areas, spiritual, physical, mental and emotional.
I facilitate healing with Seichim Reiki, balancing chakras and cleansing blocked areas in the body.
I offer Reiki for Dogs which can be helpful to maintaing health, or if your animal is ill.
I also offer Spritual Psychotherapy & Body Psychotherapy. This is great if you are feeling stuck in your life, or you have some areas that are not working for you. We can work one on one to find the root of the issue. There are different modalites that can be used such as Inner Child Work, Experiential Technique, Role Playing, Energy Work, Emotional Release.
Psychotherapy helps you to gain awareness of who you are, and how you came to be.
I offer a safe and confidential environment, and only allow the highest intention of energy to manifest.
Hot Stone Massage is also great for relaxation, and eliminating toxins in the body.
I also offer In Home Massage Therapy - We can schedule and appointment where I can come to your home. I will set up my table and supplies. After your massage or reiki treatment you don't have to drive, you can simply slip into a nice epsom salts bath and enjoy!
